Standard Lessons
Every first lesson which is preferred to be done in person but not restricted to is a discussion on goals, assessment of rider’s strengths and the horse’s strengths, what can be pivoted upon to launch homework to address the weaker areas and then to have a mutual exchange of what the student is looking to attain in their riding life.
From there: a plan is made. And with much flexibility and commitment, the student then decides on what they would like their lesson schedule to look like. A release form is signed but no contracts are signed for Freelance instruction.
Lessons may involve the use of music for tempo understanding, and an exchange of questions and answers to be sure the communication stays flowing and each student /horse is left with full awareness of the process and their next steps to their intended goals. Proper use of Lunging as a developmental and focused training tool from the ground will more than likely be presented as a skill required to be developed and used for both rider and horse education.
Virtual Lessons
Virtual lessons have become a staple. With Wi-Fi ability, a virtual lesson may be taken with the student purchasing the appropriate model of the PIVO robot and having a Bluetooth headset for their phone connection through the PIVO CAST application. I have been a pioneer in the virtual lesson launch and highly endorse the use.
Music Training
For teaching the development of the biomechanics in forward vs running with education in developmental tempo while making it contemporary and fun!
Horse Show Coaching
I am available for coaching at your horse show for a flat rate, plus travel fee for shows over 50 miles from me. Contact me for additional information
TRT Method Practitioner
Able to introduce the practice and method for problem horses to work though issues as well as free loading into a trailer.
Lunging Education
For proper development and study of the horse at any stage in training as well as enhancing the education of the horse from the ground as all proper dressage training requires.
